By accessing or using TigerPass ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
TigerPass is a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet that allows users to store, send, and receive digital assets. The Service uses Passkey technology for authentication and security.
3. Self-Custody Wallet
TigerPass is a self-custody wallet, which means:
- You are solely responsible for your private keys and wallet security
- We do not have access to your private keys or recovery phrases
- Lost access to your wallet cannot be recovered by TigerPass
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your recovery information
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Maintain the security of your Passkey credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Service for illegal activities
- Not attempt to bypass security measures
5. Risks
Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risks including but not limited to: market volatility, regulatory changes, technical failures, and potential loss of funds. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using our Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TigerPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
